2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup honey
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F (175 degree C). Toast nuts until browned about 8-10 minutes.
2. Mix egg whites, cinnamon, honey, salt.
3. Stir in toasted nuts and rolled oats.
4. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
PS: I don't mind it being bland, so I would skip the honey and add more cinnamon. Also, I wouldn't add the nuts for obvious reasons lol. This recipe should be pretty forgivable. Hope you guys like it. :D
